Avaya received the acclaimed award in two categories – Hybrid and IP PBX/VoIP – following a thorough independent review of products in each category, and on the basis of qualitative feedback submitted by resellers, dealers and users. The conclusion of the editors was that Avaya IP Office offers the best overall value for this type of solution.
